Online Demo

Upload a single image to try ImageDataExtractor online.

This demo has been configured to extract single EM images. The full version of the tool can split multiple images from a panel of images, and it can function together with a bespoke version of ChemDataExtractor to identify and extract microscopy images from documents.

ImageDataExtractor is able to extract data from images where individual particles in an image can be discerned and separated by a human. If the image consists of a homogenous and undistinguishable blob of matter, ImageDataExtractor is likely to fail.

Note: this online demo is significantly slower than extracting via the ImageDataExtractor Python library, and may take a couple of minutes to produce results.
